Position: Project Support Administrator
Location: Lisbon
Contract duration: 6 months+
Rate: Negotiable
Start date: As soon as possible
Global Telecoms & Technology service provider requires a Project Support Administrator to join the Managed Service team
The role:
- Write & co-ordinate execution of user test cases
- Report test cases using internal tools for tracking issues resolution by technical teams
- Document procedures
- Structure information on a file repository
- Create MS office documents for specific company purpose (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years IT & Telecom industry knowledge
- ITIL Foundation
- Proven Project Management & service delivery experience
- Strong customer relationship & managements skills
- Proven leadership qualities
- Fluent English (written & oral)
