Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing consultancy in performance, attribution and risk for major asset management firms are currently recruiting consultants to join their PS team. In a rewarding and collaborative environment, the successful candidate should have knowledge of multiple asset classes (Fixed Income beneficial) preferably in the asset management arena in a performance & attribution role. 

The role: 

         You will carry out onsite implementation/upgrades where needed

         You will assess client needs and which might involve setting up systems to satisfy, identifying gaps, steering course to implement

         Whilst awaiting developments, writing or specifying reports to satisfy requirements

         Training clients staff

         Oversee relevant IT issues

         The role will require travel to client sites when required  


The ideal candidate will have: 

         Knowledge of Performance & Attribution

         Flexibility to travel (Europe, North America and Asia)

         Stakeholder management experience (a good communicator/soft skill is essential for client facing role)

         Implementation experience in performance & attribution capacity

         Support, maintenance and quality management experience

         Sales/product management (desirable)
