Position: Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Darmstadt, Germany- On-site & opportunity to work from home

Salary: €60,000-€70,000 Euros + a range of company benefits

Overview

Our client is an exciting, innovative high growth Electronics company, specializing in & disrupting the Transceiver Solutions sector across a range of industries.  

As a key Engineer within their growing development team, you will not be limited to hardware development(using the latest technologies), but will also be involved in finding/solving new challenges and help drive their next wave of projects.

You will be given much freedom & opportunities to influence their processes, including the choice of tools and materials, as well as access to different platforms for personal development (conferences, workshops, teachings, webinars etc)

The Job:

• Development and support of our products
• Product design, component selection, (digital) libraries, layout, routing
• Product certifications for international markets (EMC, product safety)
• Coordinating and supporting external hardware partners
• Technical documentation
• Bring-up testing

Your Skills & Experience

• Passion for embedded systems, ideally you contribute to open-source projects
• You are knowledgeable in the whole product development lifecycle
• Your own remote workplace, since we're on a pandemic remote working schedule
• The ability to work at the office in Darmstadt once the pandemic isn't a challenge anymore
• Experience with Altium Designer
• Solid understanding of design and prototyping (CAE, ECAD)
• Basic programming skills
• Everything is committed through git and willing to assist with the documentation in our Atlassian product
