Position: Senior ASIC Digital Design Engineer
Location: Dublin
Salary: 80-85,000 euros + attractive benefits package including bonus

Your Duties/Responsibilities
- Design, develop & define complex CMOS analog circuitry such as DC-DC converters, LDO’s, reference generators, clocks, amplifiers & data converters
- Participate in & help drive all phases of product development including definition, architecture, modeling, design, layout, lab evaluation and debug
- Assist in developing customer proposals during business development phase
- Develop detailed & prioritized chip level design and layout workflow
- Lead & manage chip functionality verification efforts through simulation and modeling, including co-simulation with digital blocks
- Guide layout engineer towards chip tape-out to ensure circuit performance requirements are met
- Mentor design team at all levels
Your Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable accomplishments in one or more of the following areas: power management circuits (linear and switching power supplies), high-speed data converters, audio amplifiers, or other complex mixed-signal systems
- Proven experience in cutting-edge circuit development & delivering products to market
- Hands-on, up-to-date working knowledge of mixed-signal circuit design & verification
- Experience in design with small geometry processes preferred (<28nm)
- Understanding & expertise in system level modeling using toolseg MATLAB/Simulink or similar
- Experience of using Cadence and / or Synopsys EDA tools
- Familiar with digital design flow and use of mixed-signal simulation tools eg AMS
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Education and Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in digital design
- Experience in start-ups or small companies
- Strong written and verbal skills
