The Role: Business Analyst
Location: Portugal
Type: Contract
Duration: 6+ months
Start Date: Asap
Global Telecoms & Technology service provider requires an experienced Business Analyst to join their Managed Service team to assist in the delivery of a world class service for their customers
Engage with divisional managers to understand the needs of each area of the business and the organisation as a whole
Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic & operational improvements/changes
Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce recommendations
Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years IT & Telecom industry knowledge
ITIL Foundation
Strong customer relationship & management skills
In depth experience of data modelling (MS Office)
Fluent English (written & oral)
