They have rapidly built an impressive list of clients, by providing simple, fast access to capital, combined with invaluable people expertise across multiple business functions, to further help its customers achieve their strategy for growth/success.

Overview

An integral part of our client's delivery model is the engagement of talented Account Managers to help create & develop long-term collaborative relationships with some of the most exciting innovative companies across multiple sectors.

Your role

  • As the important first point of contact for potential new customers, understand & demonstrate how to best serve their needs through the provision of capital & expertise
  • Develop & nurture an investment pipeline, leveraging the existing CRM system to provide consistent & highest quality customer service delivery
  • Maintain close relationships with entrepreneurs ensuring best in class customer experience 
  • Work closely with specialist inhouse teams to assist in the ongoing development of Product & Growth 
  • Drive product improvements to minimize & improve any potential customer frustrations & maintain highest levels of customer retention
  • Identify opportunities to further introduce partners in support of your start-up clients & founders
  • Become a subject matter expert, with regard to competitor investment options & comparative with our client's product offerings

Your Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience across Account Management, Sales or Customer Success
  • You are results-oriented, determined and motivated in achieving targets/success
  • A self-starter, ‘out of box’ thinker with strong financial acumen
  • Self-disciplined time management skills and adept at multitasking
  • Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products.
  • Financial Service experience whilst beneficial is NOT essential
